During December 2019 the SPFU is planning held 147 auctions via the ProZorro.Sale

In December, the State Property Fund of Ukraine will plan to hold 147 auctions with a total amount of UAH 274.1 mln via 44 e-platforms which are connected to the Pro.Zorro.Sale e-trade system.

The List of privatization objects auctioned in December (as of November 29. 2019, 12.00 p.m.)

Among objects which have the greatest value are Single Property Complex “Transmash” in Kryvyi Rih town, unfinished buildings of the Relax complex “Prykarpattia” belonging to the National Bank of Ukraine in Yaremche town, unfinished construction of energetical workshop of 9,577.8 sq. m. next to the Shuliavska metro station in Kyiv city, unfinished construction of a production base “Budremkomplekt” of 6,822.3 sq. m. in Kyiv city (36-B, Aсademica Vernadskoho Av.), block of shares of PrJSC “Myrogoschansky Agrariy”, Research plant of the Institute for Problems of Material Science named I.M. Francevicha of National Academy of Science of Ukraine and an unfinished construction of rehabilitation, healthy and relaxing complex in Kyiv oblast.

From the beginning of 2019, the state privatization bodies offered 511 small privatization objects at e-auctions via the ProZorro.Sale e-trade system. According to the bidding results, electronic auctions for the sale of 335 objects were held with a total value of UAH 518.8 mln at the starting price of UAH 375.7 mln.
