In Kherson Oblast Offers the Work for Appraisers

The Regional office in Kherson oblast, Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city announced the contest for carrying out of independent evaluation of following facilities:

-         Built-in non-residential premises in mechanical repair shops’s building with a total area of 199.8 sq. m. at the address: 1г, Metalurhiv str., Lazurne small town, Kherson oblast.

The purpose of the appraisal is to determine the market value for calculating the lease payment at the conclusion of the lease agreement.

-         In-plant railway trackswith a total length of 1,113 sq. m. at the address: 7, Chaplynske Highway, Kakhovka town.

The purpose of the appraisal is to determine the market value for calculating the lease payment at the extension of the lease agreement.
