Garages were sold at an e-auction in Starokostiantyniv town

On 4th September the Regional office in Khmelnytskyi region sold two small privatization objects at e-auction. For one object a decision was made to buy it out by the single applicant.

As a result of sales, the value of objects increased by 4-5 times.

Were sold:

-  a garage of 17.6 sq. m. at 4/1 Podilskyi Lane, Starokostiantyniv town

Initial price – 7,077.90 hryvnias. Sale price – 27,801.00 hryvnias.

-  a garage with storeroom of 25.8 sq. m. at 4/2 Podilskyi Lane, Starokostiantyniv town, Khmelnytskyi region

Initial price – 10,412.10 hryvnias. Sale price – 55,001.00 hryvnias.
