Volyn Regional Office proposes to evaluate a part of an administrative building

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Volyn oblast informs about an announcement of a competition for selection of appraiser, which will be involved in the conducting of an independent valuation of the property:

-  a part of an administrative building of 304.8 sq. m. at 100-annuversary of Manevych str., Manevych town.

An assessment will be carried out for calculating of rental payments to the prolongation of lease agreement.

Competition’s documentation should be applied until 29.08.2018 (incl.).

Competition will taking place on 04.09.2018 at 10 a.m.
