Which enterprises SPFU will put up for sale by the end of the year

By the end of 2017, the State Property Fund of Ukraine will sell Dnipro and Kherson CHPs, as well as the Volyn Enterprise "Osnastka". The sale of the Zaporizhzhia Industrial Aluminum Plant is scheduled for the first months of 2018.

The Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Vitalii Trubarov announced this.

Vitalii Trubarov notes that the government committee has already approved the terms of sale of the Dnipro CHP. "The initial value of the block of shares is estimated at more than 102 million UAH. In fact, at the end of November-beginning of December, we are going to collect applications from investors ", - said the Head of the State Property Fund.

Vitalii Trubarov informed that, in accordance with the terms of sale of the Dnepro CHP, the new owner is obliged to carry out modernization of pipelines, prevent wages payables and the dismissal of workers, to execute an existing employment contract, and to preserve social benefits.

The Head of the State Property Fund Vitalii Trubarov also noted that the value of the block of shares (99.8%) of the Kherson CHP is 75.7 million UAH.

According to the Head of the Fund, a controlling block of shares (50.007%) of the State Enterprise "Osnastka" will be put up for sale for 20.4 million UAH.

The State Property Fund is also planning to put up for sale Zaporizhzhia Industrial Aluminum Plant in early 2018. The size of the state-owned block of shares is more than 60%.

Vitalii Trubarov also informed that the State Property Fund of Ukraine would announce a competition for filling a vacant position of the General Director of PrJSC "Mykolaiv CHP". Applications are accepted till November 24.
