In Lviv Regional Office there was a competition for the right to lease a part of non-residential premises with an area of ​​375,0 square meters of the new airport terminal of the International Airport "Lviv".

Purpose of use: 254,0 square meters - the placement of a duty-free shop, 121,0 square meters- location of the warehouse.

Initial rent amount at the beginning of the auction amounted to 157,82 thousand UAH. According to the results of the tender, after the bidding, the rent increased by almost 9 times and amounted to 1,35 million UAH.
