Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant was valued at more than UAH 278 million

The State Property Fund of Ukraine valued PJSC “Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant” at UAH 278.37 million.

This was announced by Vitalii Trubarov, Chairman of the State Property Fund, on his Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100022000840985).

Chairman of the Fund noted the value of 68 percent of Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant shares was estimated at UAH 278.37 million.

“The Fund transfers the privatization terms of enterprise to confirm with profile ministries and institutions, after that they will be submitted for approval by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, said Vitalii Trubarov.

In particular, according to Chairman of the State Property Fund, competition conditions provide for development of enterprises, adhere to the ecological and environmental rules, fulfillment of social obligations to the labor collective.

Also Vitalii Trubarov expressed his hope for the speedy decision-making on these issues, which will allow the sale of a stake in the near future.
