Zhytomyr regional office in 2017 received 7 million UAH from the lease

During 2017, Zhytomyrregional office ofState Property Fund of Ukraineprovided more than UAH 7 million of revenues to the State Budget from the lease of state property.

For the period from 01.01.2017 till31.12.2017, the regional officehas concluded 113 new and extended validity of 170 active lease agreements.

As of December 31, 2017, on registration of Zhytomyr regional office ofthe State Property Fund of Ukraine there were 727 operating lease agreements, for which the regional officeservesas the landlord.
