Chairman of the State Property Fund Vitaliy Koval visited the sanctioned enterprise PentoPack, which the SPFU is preparing for privatization

Private Joint Stock Company «PentoPack»is engaged in the production of multilayer synthetic casings and shrink bags using the latest technologies. The company provides a full range of services for the production of packaging materials, sales and after-sales service. They use high-quality printing with water, UV and alcohol inks. Their products are used in more than thirty countries around the world. In Ukraine, the company cooperates with such market giants as «Rud», «Globino», «Meat Guild»and others.

The company continues to operate in full, retaining its staff and achieving profitability. The company plans to modernize production and develop new markets for packaging materials for the dairy industry, fish processing, and animal feed packaging.

Vitaliy Koval, Chairman of the State Property Fund, notes: «Sanctioned property should work for Ukraine. That is why we are preparing «PentoPack»for sale. I am sure the lot will be interesting for investors. It is a ready-made business that is developing in the food industry of Ukraine».

It is important to note that the State Property Fund of Ukraine took over the management of  «PentoPack»in accordance with the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court in February this year. The right to dispose of 100% of the company's shares was transferred to the state.

As a reminder, the proceeds from the privatization of sanctioned property are used to support the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
