Poltavadipromiasomolprom at privatization auction
On June 4th, an online auction will be held for the privatization of the Property Complex of the State Enterprise "State Institute for the Design of Meat and Dairy Industry Enterprises - Poltavadipromiasomolprom" in the Prozorro.Sales system. The starting price is UAH 16.8 million. Registration for participation in the auctions will last until June 3 inclusive.
The Property Complex is located near the central street of Poltava city. The main type of activity, according to the Articles of Association, is in the field of architecture. The main focus of enterprise’s work is the development of project and estimate documentation for enterprises in the meat, food, and other branches of the processing industry of the agro-industrial complex. However, due to the lack of orders for project work execution during 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, the realization of project products is currently absent.
The complex includes a two-story brick building with a basement with a total area of 2427.3 sq.m, as well as furniture, office equipment, and machinery. The real estate of the enterprise is located on a land plot with an area of 0.3056 hectares.
According to the sales conditions, within six months, the buyer is obliged to pay off the wage arrears of UAH 855.2 thousand and the arrears to the budget for UAH 598.1 thousand and not to allow to lay off the enterprise’s employees.
