The auction for the privatization of Property Complex of SOE "Odesa Research and Design Institute of Land Management" has been announced

The State Property Fund has announced an online auction for the privatization of the Property Complex of SOE"Odesa Research and Design Institute of Land Management". The auction will be held on August 9 in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sale". Acceptance of proposals from potential investors to participate in the auction will last until August 8, 20:00. The initial price for the object of privatization isUAH4,987,300  without VAT.

The property, which is part of a Property Complex of SOE, is located at two addresses: Odesa, st. Kosmonavtiv, 34 and Lustdorfska doroga, 94-B, Odesa.

The main activity of the enterprise "Odesa Research and Design Institute of Land Management" is research and experimental development in the field of other natural and technical sciences.

The object of privatization includes an 81/100 share of the engineering and laboratory building with outbuildings and facilities (garage, shed, transformer, fence, paving) at the address: Odesa, str. Kosmonavtiv, 34 and a 4-bay garage on the street. Lustdorfska doroga, 94-B in Odesa. It also includes three vehicles.

The real estate objects are located on two plots of land with an area of ​​0.27 ha and 0.0928 ha.

According to the terms of the sale, the buyer of Property Complex of SOE is obliged to ensure repayment of debts from wages and to the budget, as well as to prevent the dismissal of the company's employees within 6 months from the date of transfer of ownership.
