Results of 2025: 2777 citizens applied to the Fund and regional offices

Overall, taking into account collective appeals, 2,777 citizens applied to the Fund and regional departments during the reporting period. The Fund team adheres to the principles of transparency and openness, ensuring prompt response to all appeals.

Top 3 most common questions from citizens:

  • issues related to the operation of state-owned enterprises under the management of the Fund;

  • the procedure for maintaining the single database of valuation reports;

  • the privatization of state property and other issues.

In order to provide answers and explanations to oral appeals of citizens, the Fund has a telephone "hotline". During the period of 2025, the Fund's specialists provided 3619 telephone consultations through the "hotline".

In addition, the Fund and its regional offices received 1001 appeals from citizens, namely:

directly from citizens by mail - 580;

through an authorised person – 5;

from central authorities – 225 (of which from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine – 87);

from the media – 5;

from other bodies, institutions, organisations – 57;

in personal receptions of citizens by the management of the Fund and its regional branches - 129

The experts of the State Property Fund processed 932 individual and 69 collective written appeals. The vast majority of appeals are applications (petitions) - 779; the rest: complaints - 102 and proposals - 120.

Also, 523 requests for public information were registered and processed.

All requests were prepared and provided with comprehensive answers and reasoned explanations within the powers of the Fund. Consideration and responses to citizens' letters in the Fund are under constant control.
