Julia Belova: Digitalization is an important part of the State Property Fund of Ukraine’s complex transformation

The Deputy Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Julia Belovatold about the real steps of the Fund’s transformation IT-strategyimplementation during the live streamon the official Fund’s Facebook page.

According to Julia Belova, the State Property Fund’s new teamsuccessfully optimizes internal processes via extensive implementation of digitalization; provides description of business processes to work out unified and clearinstructions; updates and optimizes the registersand databases, whichare under the State Property Fund of Ukraine’s administration;builds IT infrastructure and introduces new software.

“Even before the beginning of restrictions connected with preventing the spread of COVID-19, the Fund in its functioning turned toelectronic workflowsthus ensuring the opportunity for the most staff members to work remotely”, - Julia Belovastated.

She noted that building on the best Ukraine’s and international experience, the State Property Fund of Ukraine provides description of business processes of all activities: privatization;corporate governance of enterprises, transferred to the Fund’s administration for further privatization;state property leasing, which now will work under the new legislation; state property valuation, which also will be simplified for citizens according to the new laws.

Also work on updating and modernization of the registers,administered by the Fund, is in progress: the State Register of appraisers and appraisal entities; the Register of the State corporate governancein authorized capitals of business associations;the Unified Register of the State Property.

These registers will be transformed into modern electronic systems with open data, integrated with portals of administrative services and electronic interaction system “Trembita”. They will be convenient and clear for the administrative services recipients, and their structure and content will maximally contribute to making correct managerial decisions.

Also, active work on IT infrastructure development for ensuring requirements of the hardware and software increased workload is underway.
