The State Property Fund of Ukraine continues the qualification selection of professional consultants for personnel selection (international recruitment agencies)

The State Property Fund of Ukraine continues the qualification selection of professional consultants for personnel selection (international recruitment agencies) in order to find and involve in the competitive selection of applicants for:

-         job positions of heads of executive bodies of special enterprises important for the economy;

-         independent members of supervisory boards of enterprises important for the economy.

Professional recruitment consultants (international recruitment agencies)  must meet the following criteria:

-         existence of an extensive system of branches, representative offices or other related parties in the field of management selection in other countries;

-         availability of at least 10 years of international experience in the field of selection of management staff, board members and members of supervisory boards;

-         availability of employees with appropriate qualifications who have the necessary knowledge and experience, documented, who will be involved in the search for candidates.

The main tasks of professional consultants in personnel selection will be the tasks defined by the resolutions of  the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 03, 2008  № 777 “On competitive selection of heads of economic entities of the public sector” and of  March 10, 2017 № 142 “Some issues of management of state unitary enterprises and companies in the authorized capital of which more than 50 percent of shares (stakes) belong to the state “, in particular:

-         development of proposals on the requirements for applicants, evaluation criteria for selection participants and the draft of the relevant announcement;

-         pre-selection of selection participants and ensuring communication with them;

-         assessment of all participants in the selection for compliance with the requirements for candidates for the position of head of the enterprise, approved by the appointment committee;

-         formation and submission to the committee for appointment of the list of potential candidates selected from among the applicants by a professional personnel selection consultant, to determine within one year from the list of candidates for replacement in case of refusal, non-appointment or early termination of the manager / independent member of the supervisory board;

-         identification and submission to the nomination committee of three to five candidates for each vacancy announced, with detailed reports on the assessment of competencies, on the suitability to perform specific responsibilities for the best candidates;

-         submission to the nomination committee for approval of the selection report and its results.
