The Supervisory Board of the JSC “Odesa CHP” has elected Ivan Donchenko as the acting General Director

The Supervisory Board of the JSC “Odesa CHP” suspended Anatolii Kozlov, the acting General Director of the enterprise, and elected Ivan Donchenko, who works as the deputy head of the enterprise and previously won the competition for this position, as the acting General Director of the company.

On January 15, 2021, Ivan Donchenko won the open competition for the position ofa Director of the JSC “Odesa CHP”, presenting convincing plans on the enterprise preparation for privatization, in particular, with regard to restructuring the company's debts.

The procedure of the Ivan Donchenko official appointment, which provides for a number of approvals, currently is ongoing. The dismissal of Anatolii Kozlov was carried out at the time of the official investigation on possible obstruction of the new head of the enterprise appointment and possible violation of the rules for the organization of protection of energy facilities.

The block of shares in amount of 99.9895% of the JSC “Odesa CHP” authorized capital belongs to the state and is included in the list of privatization objects by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 36-p dated 16.01.2019. The company carries out licensed activities on production of thermal and electric energy for the needs of Odesa city.

JSC “Odesa CHP” is managed by the State Property Fund of Ukraine, which provides its preparation for attracting a private investor through transparent privatization.
