Taras Yeleyko took part in the Ukrainian Transport Infrastructure Forum

On April 13, 2021, Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund Taras Yeleyko spoke at a webinar at the online Ukrainian Transport Infrastructure Forum. The Forum was attended by representatives of government authorities, state-owned enterprises, investment, consulting, financial and business fields from Europe and North America.

During the presentation, Taras Yeleyko spoke about ports that will be privatized in 2021: Sea Trade Port Ust-Dunaisk, Skadovsk Sea Trade Port and Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky Sea Trade Port.

According to the deputy Chairman, the privatization of these objects is of interest to many potential investors, including from Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, the EU, the USA and China.

«Our task is to qualitatively prepare these objects for privatization and disclose information as much as possible in order to attract as many participants, which will ensure high competition in open tenders and rise in prices», Taras Yeleyko said in his speech.

Ukrainian Online Transport Infrastructure Forum was held with the official support of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the EU project “Assistance to the Ukrainian authorities for establishment of national transport model and master plan”. The Forum aims at a comprehensive discussion of large projects of transport infrastructure in Ukraine.
