Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund Kostiantyn Koshelenko paid the working visit to Kherson city

On April 22, 2021, Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Kostiantyn Koshelenko paid the working visit to Kherson.

 During the visit, the Deputy Chairman of the Fund took part in a press tour of PJSC «Kherson Plant «Sudmash», where together with the plant management and specialists of the State Property Fund he acquainted with the plant’s production facilities and provided professional comments to the media, public and potential investors.

During the meeting of the Kherson Regional Council of Investors and Business Protection, Kostiantyn Koshelenko met with the Head of the Kherson Regional State Administration Serhiy Kozyr and entrepreneurs of the region, where he presented the investment menu of Kherson oblast and justified the effectiveness of reforms by the State Property Fund.

Also, during the working visit, the Deputy Chairman of the Fund held a meeting with the Mayor of Oleshka town Yevhen Ryschuk to resolve the issues of transfer of non-statutory property to the Kherson Regional State Administration. Housing and engineering infrastructure objects are located on the territory of Oleshka Territorial Community. The transfer of non-statutory property from the management of the Regional Office to the management of the Kherson Regional State Administration with the subsequent transfer to the OTC will solve the social problems of residents who have not been able to own their homes for many years.

Already on April 30, an auction will be held for the privatization of PJSC «Kherson Plant «Sudmash»- an enterprise with a long history and potential.
