The State Property Fund assisted the Prosecutors Office and the National Police to expose fraudsters involved in illegal property alienation

The Prosecutor's Office of Holosiivskyi District has issued a notice of suspicion to a group of people illegally seizing buildings and shelters of a state-owned enterprise. Using fake documents, suspects illegally alienated 7 objects belonging to the state-owned enterprise with a total area of 1500 sq m. Five of these objects were basements used as shelters. 

Following the pre-trial investigation, law enforcement officers found that the fraudsters had seized the property of the State Enterprise "Nash Dim". Caused financial losses are estimated to be over UAH 65 million.

The State Property Fund has already filed a statement to Holosiivskyi District Prosecutor's Office regarding involvement in criminal proceedings to demand returning the property to state ownership along with compensation for the losses.

For information. The State Enterprise "Nash Dim" was established in 1999 by the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine to maintain state-owned apartment buildings and dormitories.
